Data Solutions Intern

We are seeking a motivated Data Solutions Intern to join our team. This internship offers experience in developing and implementing data-driven applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, and Excel. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to our data initiatives. Knowledge or experience in AI and Machine Learning is also desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and developing applications using Power Apps to streamline business processes.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize data insights.
  • Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Analyze and organize data in Excel for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Document processes and provide training to end-users as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
  • Proficient in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
  • Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

CAD Design/Engineering Intern

We are seeking apprentice-level or experienced candidates for a part-time CAD Designer/Drafter intern position (during the school year + summer).  Technical work experience is desired but not required.  Industry-specific training will be provided for motivated candidates. 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • High School or college CAD modeling/drafting experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Pursuing associates/bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is desired but not required
  • Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan and design mechanical components
  • Develop 3D models of systems and components
  • Create or revise engineering 2D drawings
